RECOMMENDED ROAST: Medium roasted Robusta coffee bean produce a strong full bodied coffee with a distinctive earthy flavour, bitterness, high concetration of caffein and low acidity. The longer coffee bean is roasted the lower caffein concentration it has.
Beans are considered premium quality as they are ripe at the time of harvesting, they have been gone through honey processing ( washing and commercial drying to meet the moisture standard) and vacuum sealed in bags until they are delivered to our customers. Once the bean gets roasted, no more than five full defects in every 300 grams of coffee can be found.
